CREATE YOUR 20 DAY BINDER
During the challenge I will provide you with lots of printables:
- Daily task sheet
- To-do list
- Checklists
- Routine charts
SUPPLIES NEEDED FOR THIS TASK:
- A4 Ring binder folder (I purchase mine from Kmart or Officeworks)
- A printer
- Pack of 4 dividers or place the page dividers into plastic sleeves and use tabs to label the sleeves (I purcahsed my tabs from Kmart for $2).
- Have on hand at least 40 pieces of A4 paper to print the printables
Steps for this task:
[wlchecklist name=’PreTask1′]
Trim the spine page just shy of the text (2mm) so its easier to place into the binder. I find it easier to place the spine into the binder when the binder is completely open.

Keep your folder on hand so you can add your daily sheets to it each week.

Daily Tasks
You will find on each page a daily task sheet to correspond with the tasks within the challenge. You can print these from each page individually, or at the beginning of each week you will find all 5 daily sheets for that week on the weekly pages.

All done now onto Task 2….. Hubby is keen to do this with me.
So glad we are doing this together hopefully we can organise ourselves enough to have a neat and tidy house.
Have 12 year old girl that keeps her room in a huge mess, suggestions on how we can get her to be more cleaner?
Ta Caroline
Hi Caroline, I think it’s about teaching your daughter about responsibilities. Yes you want her to have a tidy room, but it’s also respecting your home, your rules. It’s best not to get into arguements, but rather explain about responsibility, whilst you wash her clothe and make her dinner it’s her role to keep her room tidy each day. If she wants you to do something, go somewhere, watch TV it can’t be until her room is tidy. Hope this helps.
Done:)
Wonderful Susan, onto the next task!
Didn’t think I was even going to get started (sick children, husband away – the usual stuff us mums deal with?) but task 1 completed. Fingers crossed I can complete task 2 tomorrow.
aah that’s always the way but you made a start Paula and that’s awesome!!
All done 🙂 Improvised and used some stickers as divider/tags – works well. Looking forward to the challenge.
clever idea Sharon!!
Task 1 done! Actually getting excited for it all to start now!
Love it, excitement is a great thing!!
well fist day as full time mom and wife after selling my business of 17 years. This is the perfect first step to my new adventure at home. Thank you for the direction.
How exciting for you Larissa this will be a huge change for you after 17 years, what is the one room you really want to get completed??
My boys bedroom room one is three years old and the other is 13 so there is a constant toy /mess conflict. Looking forward to sorting that out.
Check 🙂
yay!!
Task 1 Tick – didn’t have white folder but compromised with another until I can get to the shops!!!
any folder will work Jacqui, as long as it’s all bundled together for easy access for you.
Done! i will tackle the second one tomorrow. Looking forward to not feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
